Eating Animal products
It's known now by those who wish to have "duty of care" eating animal products cause chronic disease, yet people are still shoving these products into their mouths daily. Meat and animal products are purely chemically and physically modified by man, for what? So that we can consume these products and maintain a healthy lifestyle? No, so that these manufacturers can make a profit, while your body suffers.
The fact we can’t eat meat without it being modified by fire speaks volumes, so many people are opting for rotting pieces of flesh yet the already non-chemical, non- damaging food is in front of them. Meat is treated with carbon monoxide to prevent it from discolouration, carbon monoxide prevents your blood from carrying oxygen, a lack of oxygen cause’s the body’s cells to die. It’s no wonder vegans live longer than meat eaters.
Nature provides a divine form of sustenance which should not be tampered with but much more than that, if you feed into these countless corporations and their countless schemes, you’re not just damaging yourself, you’re feeding into animal cruelty. Cows being forced into mating so that they can make more meat, calves being slaughtered so they don’t take the precious milk which is made for them. If that was happening to human babies, it wouldn't be a "natural process" as people like to call it.
Some Reasons Vegans are critizised will shock you!
A reason that veganism is often criticised, isn’t because people don’t agree with it or don’t understand it. Veganism is judged and criticised because it’s a threat to ignorance. People are so ignorant about the world around them and would prefer to sit and judge someone over the right lifestyle choice because they're so oblivious, they are so disgusted that somebody would opt for a different lifestyle other than theirs, despite it being the right lifestyle.
It’s obvious why veganism is ethically and morally correct but let me tell you why it’s one of the healthiest lifestyles available. Most omnivores who have switched to vegan remark they have bundles of energy, better sleeps, better skin and overall a better attitude. Why would they remark this?Simply because it’s true. A vegan diet is rich in protein, Iron, Calcium and so many other essential minerals and vitamins which most of today’s man made products lack. Plant based food is also low in saturated fat, high in fibre and packed with antioxidants. Antioxidants mitigate obesity, heart disease and cancer.
So, what does all this mean? I t means that vegans have a lower BMI, lower Body fat, Lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol and lower mortality rates. Vegans, in fact have 33% reduced risk of premature death. The list of why veganism is beneficial is endless from reduced allergy symptoms to the relief of migraines.
